By becoming a member of Black Profiles, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who identify as Black or support the mission of uplifting Black professionals and businesses. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at any time to preserve the integrity of our community.
2. Privacy & Conduct: Member profiles and directory content are for networking and connection purposes only. Members may not share private member data externally or use the platform for unsolicited marketing, spamming, or harmful behavior of any kind.
3. Content Ownership: Members retain ownership of their uploaded photos and bios but grant Black Profiles permission to promote their content across marketing materials, social media, and newsletters.
4. No Refund Policy: All membership fees are non-refundable. Accounts are billed annually and can be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued.
5. Usage: Any misuse of the platform, discriminatory behavior, or violation of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of membership.
6. Modifications: Black Profiles reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.
